Production, Reproduction, and the Feedback Loops of Reality It is established that humanity can neither create new matter nor new ideas. Humanity instead is bounded within a closed ontological vault and a locked epistemic warehouse.This essay confronts the twin engines that drive this entire closed system: Production and Reproduction. To the naive observer, these two terms are merely functional descriptions of industry and biology. "Production" is the making of things; "Reproduction" is the making of more of those same things. This view is dangerously superficial. When subjected to systemic and dialectical autopsy, Production and Reproduction reveal themselves to be an absolute dyadic pair—governed by the interplay of factors of change, factors of continuity, reinforcing loops, and balancing loops.
